I’ll be going live shortly to talk about a report I’m going to give about an acquaintance who is experiencing severe symptoms neurologically in Kern County California. For about 10 minutes a helicopter tonight was hovering low over this person. It would gradually cycle up and down in strength and almost wasn’t noticed until the very end has the helicopter started to go away the person I noticed that they were visibly shaking. There were 35 passes of helicopters which were counted.
