Reports from homeless people in Silicon Valley are indicating that people are shooting them with RF based energy weapons. Reports indicate being shot in the heart, head, eyes, hands. A group will feel the pains at the same time.
“Touchless Torture” of these “Targeted Individuals” has been going on for far too long. It seems to be intensifying. The ones I am aware of personally are professionals with college degrees.
